SHAREON Overview — Tak perlu memiliki.
Tepat saat dibutuhkan.

SHAREON aims to be an open sharing and rental marketplace where people and businesses sign up directly to list things, spaces, mobility and services, and connect with the people who need them.

PilotThe SHAREON app is in pilot development. Real rentals, booking confirmation, payment, deposits and settlement are not operating yet; this page introduces the business direction and where it stands.

OUR VISION

For the moments when
using matters more than owning.

Many things and spaces keep their value even while they sit unused. SHAREON is building a place to borrow what you need when you need it, and to share what you are not using.

  1. Borrow things you rarely use but would hesitate to buy, for just as long as you need them. Camping and production gear, used only now and then, are typical examples.

  2. People and businesses sign up directly, without a separate partnership contract, and can be both providers and renters.

  3. Designing a flow in which every rental, from listing to return, ends safely. The first launch centres on rental, spaces and services, and is being prepared with approval-based booking, where the provider reviews and accepts each request.

  4. Basic listing and renting are meant to work without a subscription. NEWON is to earn a platform fee on completed transactions; the rate is not decided.

HOW IT WORKS

From listing to return,
one rental flow.

The rental flow SHAREON is aiming for. Payment, deposits, settlement and disputes will be operated step by step, after payment-provider agreements and responsibility and refund rules are designed.

  1. List

People and businesses list items, spaces or services with photos and conditions.

  2. Discover

Search by area, category, dates and price. Exact addresses stay hidden before a rental.

  3. Request

Check dates and conditions and send a request; the provider reviews and accepts it (approval-based).

  4. Pay & deposit

Through a qualified payment provider, and not operated until its deposit method is confirmed.

  5. Pick up

Recording condition, parts and handover time with photos is being prepared.

  6. Use

The rental period, extension requests and questions are managed in the app.

  7. Return

Inspect the condition against the pickup record and resolve issues by set procedures.

  8. Settle & review

Deposit handling, settlement and mutual reviews close the rental.

WHO WE CONNECT

People and businesses —
anyone can lend and borrow.

SHAREON’s key feature is that people and businesses can both be providers and renters. The six axes below describe the business structure and how it earns; they do not mean everything is built.

  • C2C

    Person to person

People lend their things or equipment to other people, mostly nearby between neighbours.

  • C2B

    Person to business

Businesses rent equipment or items owned by people, for short needs such as shoots or events.

  • B2C

    Business to person

Businesses rent equipment, spaces and items to people. Rental companies and space operators list directly.

  • B2B

    Business to business

Companies rent equipment, spaces and resources to each other, making better use of idle assets.

  • Marketplace

    One marketplace

Listing, search, booking, payment, deposits, settlement and reviews joined in one flow.

  • SaaS

    Operating software

Inventory, booking, rental, returns, customers and operations — a long-term direction for rental businesses.

TRUST & SAFETY

When things change hands,
trust comes first.

A rental only ends when the item comes back. SHAREON designs responsibilities and procedures before screens.

  1. Condition checks

Condition and parts are recorded at pickup and return, as the reference for the return inspection.

  2. Deposit principle

Deposits are kept apart from revenue. SHAREON will not build its own escrow; deposits operate only after a payment provider’s deposit method is confirmed and legal review is done.

  3. User and business checks

Identity, business registration and item-specific qualifications, with separate rules for items such as vehicles and professional equipment.

  4. Dispute handling

Rules and procedures for damage, loss and late returns, fixed with the terms of use after legal review.

  5. Privacy

Exact addresses are not shown before a rental; location data is removed from photos when they are added.

Deposit holding and compensation are not offered today, and no protection or compensation is promised.

BUSINESS ECOSYSTEM

Down to the operating base
for rental businesses.

Alongside the marketplace, SHAREON is preparing — as a long-term direction — its own SaaS for rental businesses to manage inventory, bookings, customers and settlement. A standard product, not custom builds.

  1. Rental businesses join

Professional rental companies list and trade directly, without a separate partnership contract.

  2. Corporate asset sharing

Companies share unused equipment and spaces with other companies, making better use of idle assets.

  3. SHAREON Business SaaS

Booking, inventory, CRM, finance and automation tools. No product has been released.
