01Everyday Rental
Borrow household equipment you would hesitate to buy, just for the days you need it — for occasional jobs such as moving, deep cleaning or home repairs.

Use costly devices — laptops, tablets, projectors, monitors, consoles — for a short time, such as a business trip, an event or a trial.

Shooting equipment for individual creators, small studios and companies. Businesses renting gear owned by individuals (C2B) is also being considered.

06Space Rental
Meeting rooms, studios, practice rooms, workshops, party rooms and exhibition spaces — by the hour, day or longer. A focus area for the first launch; listing services offered with a space is also being considered.
To checkPermitted use, fire, safety and business rules, and the operator’s rights (including lease and sublease). Lodging and parking are not covered until lawful conditions are confirmed.
07Mobility
Considering rental of bicycles, e-mobility and other mobility resources.
To checkPaid car rental and some mobility are strictly regulated. At first only qualified operators are considered; unlicensed paid car rental between individuals is not allowed.
08Sports & Leisure
Skis, snowboards, golf, fitness and outdoor equipment — gear needed for a season, used without buying it.

09Professional Equipment
Specialist equipment for construction, manufacturing, shooting, measurement, research and field work — for companies and qualified operators.

11Local Sharing
Share unused items and gear with neighbours: list them yourself, find things nearby and hand them over safely.

Companies rent idle equipment and spaces to other companies or sole traders, putting unused assets to better use.

D · RENTAL SYSTEM
SHAREON aims to be a platform where rentals complete safely, not a list of products. Payment, deposit, return and dispute features are described as they actually stand.
13Listings & Discovery
People and businesses list items, spaces and services; renters search by area, category, dates and price. Basic listing is meant to work without a subscription.
To checkLocation data is removed from photos when they are added.
14Booking & Rental
Check availability and conditions, then send an approval-based booking request. The first launch is being prepared with approval-based booking, where the provider reviews and accepts each request; instant booking will be considered later.
To checkBooking-request screens are being built; booking confirmation is not operating yet.
15Payments & Deposits
Preparing to handle rental payments and deposits through a qualified payment provider. SHAREON will not build its own escrow to hold funds, and payments and deposits will not operate until the provider’s deposit method is confirmed.
To checkOperated only after the payment-provider agreement, party responsibilities, refund rules and damages are designed together. Deposits are kept apart from platform revenue.
16Returns & Disputes
Inspect the condition at return, and handle damage, loss and late returns by set procedures, using the photos and parts recorded at pickup as the reference.

17Trust & Reviews
Reviews after a rental, plus reporting and blocking, for a trustworthy place to rent. Ads and paid placement are always labelled as ads.

E · ACCESS
18App & Accessibility
Status: In development in the appSHAREON is being prepared as an iOS and Android app. Real rentals and booking will be in the app only; the website only introduces the business.
