products and software.
Downloadable products

Receive the files by the link or e-mail you are given. The product on sale today is delivered by e-mail.
- 02Make a copy
Keep the original and work on a copy, so the same form can be reused.
- 03Edit
Edit DOCX in a word processor and XLSX in a spreadsheet program. PDF is for viewing and printing.
- 04Print or send
Within the licence, print what you have written or send it to the people you work with.
Software and web tools
- 01Open the page
Web tools open in the browser without installation. A current browser is recommended.
- 02Enter values
Values are calculated on your device. Avoid entering sensitive personal data.
- 03Save the result
Copy the result or save it as an image or file; this varies by tool.
- 04Check the version
Software products state supported environments and how updates work on their page at launch.

Check the contents list on the product page to make sure it covers what you need.
Check that you have a program that opens the file format.
Choose the licence that matches personal use, business use, or several users.
Check how and when files are delivered: instant download or delivery after confirmation.
Check how cancellation and refunds are described in the purchase guidance.
Remember that reference documents such as a contract draft need reviewing for your actual deal.
11 · REFUNDS, DOWNLOADS & SUPPORT

- Refunds & cancellation
- The Studio pages don't set a separate refund policy. Refund and cancellation conditions follow what is shown on each product page and in the purchase guidance.
- Downloads
- The product on sale today is delivered by e-mail after the purchase inquiry is confirmed; there is no instant download. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder first.
- Re-sending
- If you lost a file or it won't open, send a purchase & download inquiry with the e-mail you used to buy.
- Help with use
- Opening files, how to use a form and web tool errors go through Studio Contact. Filling in documents for you or per-customer changes are not part of support.
Note · The Studio products you can actually use today are the 13 free web tools and the NEWON Project Starter Kit. Every other product on this page is a product family or candidate NEWON is planning and is not on sale. When a launch is confirmed, it is announced first on its Newon Store product page.

Can I buy every product in the store now?
No. The paid product on sale is the NEWON Project Starter Kit, and the 13 free web tools are ready to use. Other families are in planning and are not sold before launch.
Do the free web tools need an account?
No. They run in the browser without sign-up or log-in.
What opens the files?
DOCX opens in a word processor, XLSX in a spreadsheet program and PDF in a PDF viewer. Each product page lists its formats.
Can I reuse a form I bought?
Yes. Within the licence you can make copies and reuse them. You can't pass the original files on or sell them.
Can I send completed documents to customers?
If the product allows business use, you can send what you filled in (a quotation, for example). Distributing the blank original form is not allowed.
Can I find out prices of upcoming products?
We don't announce prices for products whose launch isn't confirmed. They are first published on the Newon Store product page.
Can you make a form I need?
We don't make custom forms. Tell us what you need through Contact and we'll consider it when planning standard products.
